| Team Moon is comprised of many people. Pat is the public figure, the musher, and the one that will have the privilege of riding under the "Burled Arch" in Nome. The team however, does not stop there. Melanie, Pat's wife, is more important to the operation than Pat. Her constant support and reasoning is a beacon of hope and light for Pat whenever he is away. Kathy, Pat's Mom, is also a flurry of support, unwavering in dedication to finishing the 2010 Iditarod.
